Ms. Joseph is originally from Beaumont, Texas. She grew up dancing with the Beaumont Civic Ballet and was trained in ballet, pointe, and jazz.   In high school, she was a member of the West Brook STARS Drill Team where she held the titles of Elite Team Member, Miss High Kick, Junior Lieutenant, and Captain. After graduation, she moved to Fort Worth to attend Texas Christian University and pursue a degree in Ballet and Modern Dance.  As a member of DanceTCU, she was a featured performer in works by Li-Chou Cheng, Susan Jaffe and Jessica Lang, including a gala performance at the Kennedy Center in Washington DC.   After falling in love with education, Ms. Joseph went back to school in 2014 to pursue a Masters of Arts in Education with a certification in Sports Leadership and Coaching from Michigan State University. In addition to Lanier, Ms. Joseph works for MA Dance as a choreographer, judge and instructor at camps and competitions across the country.

In her spare time, Ms. Joseph enjoys spending time with her precious pup, Remy, visiting MLB stadiums, and dancing with friends.
